7 is one of my favorite meters. This month's mix is a collection of sevens at a range of different tempos. The first track was made for my good friend Bethany Formica. She used the "Track Request" feature and asked for a track in 7, between 150-160 BPM using piano, modular synth, voice and a software instrument.

Recorded during a class taught by the wonderful Kendra Portier, this album is a full 100 minute class score. Originally done in 2012, the recording has been edited and mastered for release.
